Whether you’re a digital consultancy, branding studio, or UX agency, UI Vault helps you deliver scalable, interactive design documentation—backed by Figma, branded for clients.

A brand platform to meet your needs
We are on a mission to create a more beautiful world, one brand at a time. We work with customers from each use case to meet your needs.
The Problem
Consulting and services teams often deliver design systems in static formats—PDFs, Google Docs, or locked Figma files—making it hard for clients to maintain or scale them. Without interactive documentation, clients struggle with adoption, handoff issues, and inconsistent implementation.
How Brandy Helps
UI Vault enables service providers to create interactive, structured, and client-ready style guides that live beyond project delivery. Sync directly from Figma, organize components, tokens, and layouts into a clean system, and deliver it under your own brand—complete with custom domains, access control, and collaborative features. Whether you’re building one guide or managing dozens, UI Vault gives your team the tools to deliver documentation that’s as professional as the design itself.

What is UI Vault?
UI Vault is a modern, cloud-based platform for creating, syncing, documenting, and sharing design system style guides—purpose-built for teams working in Figma.
It allows you to pull in components, text styles, colors, and tokens directly from your Figma libraries and organize them into beautiful, structured, collaborative style guides. With support for multi-brand systems, markdown blocks, role-based permissions, live collaboration, and white-labeling, UI Vault replaces static PDFs and siloed files with a living, scalable source of truth.
Whether you’re a solo designer, an agency, or an enterprise team, UI Vault helps you turn your design system into something discoverable, centralized, and actionable—by anyone, anywhere.
What is design system documentation and design system software?
Design system documentation is the structured, centralized source of truth that explains how a design system works, how to use it, and why it exists. Its purpose is to create consistency across teams, streamline collaboration between design and development, and scale your visual language across products and platforms.
In UI Vault, design system documentation is live, interactive, and connected to your Figma source of truth. Modern teams use design system software—like UI Vault—to automate, organize, and share this documentation in a way that’s always up to date, beautifully presented, and easy to access.

How does billing work?
All of our plans are billed annually or monthly. Each plan has limits on brand spaces, assets, and storage, and the features differ on each tier. If you reach the limit on your plan, you will need to upgrade to make sure that your account can accommodate your growth. Plans are designed to be affordable for small business and budding agencies, and your support is greatly appreciated to fuel our product roadmap.
How is UI Vault different from its sister product Brandy?
UI Vault is designed specifically for Figma-based design system documentation, while Brandy is focused on brand asset management.
UI Vault pulls in Figma components, text styles, and color tokens and organizes them into interactive, editable, and shareable style guides. It’s purpose-built for documenting design systems, tokens, and component libraries.
Brandy is for storing, tagging, and managing logos, fonts, brand videos, marketing materials, and other creative assets—great for marketers, designers, and agencies managing files outside Figma.
In short: Brandy is your vault of brand assets, while UI Vault is your living design system linked to Figma.
What does UI Vault sync from Figma?
UI Vault connects directly to your Figma files and libraries, allowing you to sync and document alongside:
- Components (with variants, nested layers, and naming structure)
- Text styles (including font family, size, weight, line height, letter spacing, and responsive behavior)
- Color styles and tokens (organized by name and usage context)
- Design tokens (soon: spacing, radii, shadows, etc.)
- Logo components (auto-detected and displayed with download options)
- Frame previews for hero sections, illustrations, UI patterns, and more
The sync is automatic, fast, and keeps your documentation always up to date with what’s in Figma—no copy/pasting, no duplicating.
